I mean it. I had a few projects scheduled for myself to start this weekend but my focus got hijacked by either social engagements or the usual: cooking-cleaning-laundry. After which, all you want to do is just relax and watch something – it’s a weekend after all, right?
We did manage to drag ourselves to Home Depot (boy, it’s busy on weekends!) and got some stain for our
patio project. I also received some outdoor fabrics to sew some pillows for our patio set:
So if we ever get spring this year (enough of rain already!), we’re all ready to get out and start scrubbing and staining that deck of ours.

I hear you! It's a real issue though - the fact that we, North Americans, work more hours than our European counterparts. Money argument may be a good argument for some, but what about quality of life - after all we get one shot at it..
