Fall scarf

Ever since I saw the yarn at the store with all the fall colours mixed in, I had to take it home with me. Then the perfect pattern search had started. And I found this very easy, very season appropriate Saroyan pattern that was a perfect match for my yarn: Beautiful leaf petal details just scream “Fall”: When I knitted first 10 inches I had a scare that due to yarn lightness the scarf will end up too narrow and will roll into itself, so I stopped, had it washed and blocked. After it had dried, the petal part was laying flat and perfect:
Nothing sets me better in the fall mood than new colourful and warm piece of accessory! And my Minnetonka moccasins, of course:) Yay to the beginning of the knitting season!
